Return and Refund
At Nathan Active, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely happy with your order, please review our refund, exchange, warranty, and return guidelines below.
1. Returns
You may return any unused and unopened product within 3 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
- Clearly label the package with your RA number.
Please Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the transaction.
3. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process above and indicate your request for an exchange when contacting customer service. Once we receive your returned item, we will send out the replacement item at no additional shipping charge.
4. Warranty
All products purchased from Nathan Active come within a year warranty against manufacturing defects. If you believe your product is defective, please contact us within the warranty period for assistance. We may require proof of purchase and a description of the defect.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Products that have been used, worn, or damaged.
- Customized or personalized items.
